Food Pantry Our food pantry now has a capacity of 20 pallets of food, or enough to serve 1000 families per month! Our refrigeration space has also more than quadrupled. Because of this expanded facility, we are now working in cooperation with the Oklahoma Regional Food Bank and the Feed the Children ministries. Inaddition, a portion of this pantry is set aside for feeding of Good Shepherd childen on the premisis through the assistance of Immanuel Baptist Church and the Southern Baptist Hunger Funds. In its first month of operation, our food pantry provided for more than 60 families, and served more than 800 meals on site. To donoate food items, call our Help Line at 313-2125. The food pantry is open five days a week, with hours to be announced soon. |
