Sponsoring a Child

Mission Shawnee will receive no federal or state assistance as we seek to provide as many as 200 children one nutritious meal a day over a period of 40 days. We estaimate the cost to be $10,000.

Let's break that down a bit.

• $1.25 will provide one meal for a child.
• $50 will sponsor one child for eight weeks
• $100 will sponsor two children
• $500 will sponsor ten children.
• Gifts in any amount are welcome
• All gifts are tax deductible.

To sponsor one or more children, or contribute any amount to this ministry, make your check payable to "Mission Shawnee". (Indicate "lunch" on the memo portion of your check if you wish your gift to go to the Shepherd's Kids Cafe. Mail your check to:
