Shepherd's Kids Cafe Schedule of Youth Teams - Site Helpers
	The need: Through the Shepherd's Kids Cafe, Mission Shawnee will be serving lunches in six to eight locations this summer. We are asking your church to provide a youth team to help with the various sites for one or more weeks during the summer.

Your group will be divided among the various work sites -- usually no more than two at each site -- to assist the team leader and the Bible storyteller. Here is the schedule each day and something of what will be expected:

• 11:00 AM -- Meet at the Mission Shawnee building. Help load food, drinks, and supplies in vans.
• 11:15 AM -- Ride out in the vans to the various work sites. Assist the team leader in set-up.
• 11:30 AM -- Help round up the children, assist with serving, help them listen to a Bible story, and help late comers to get settled and eat. Visit with the kids, and play with them as time allows. Pray for the kids as the story is told. Visit with them as you have opportunity.
• 12:30 PM -- Assist with clean up
• 12:45 PM -- Load up and return to Mission Shawnee.

Mature high schoolers and middle schoolers are needed. Older children can help in many ways as well. An ideal team would consist of 12 or more teens. Smaller groups can join with another church.
